Ekzemple "Esti sen akcepto de la mio estas esti sen animo" just to screw around the psychology a bit. The problem is the "Ego" here will be in the Freudian sense. This is Raul's second time on the show and his first episode was a huge hit.
He works closely with Alain de Botton, a man who's work has both inspired me and made me think more deeply about how I view myself and love. Raul and I discuss many things around relationships, relational self-awareness, and the dynamics we get ourselves into with our romantic partners. As a coach over the last 10 years, Addie has worked with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and post collegiate levels. Addie and I discuss many things. We focus around defining oneself through sport and the dangerous around conflating athletic performance with personal identity. On the addictions sports can bring on, including struggling with body image and eating disorders. We touch on her journey and how redefining "why" she was running and racing changed her relationship with the sport she loves and ultimately her view on what "success" is in athletics.
